Der Palast des damaligen K\u00f6nigs wurde zurecht mit dem <strong>Europ\u00e4ischen Kulturerbe-Siegel<\/strong> ausgezeichnet. Am 9. Gerne wird das Gebirge auch als <strong>kretischer Himalaya<\/strong> bezeichnet. Der h\u00f6chste Berg erhebt sich im Gebirge auf stolze 2.454 Meter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lefka Ori geh\u00f6rt durch seinen wei\u00dfen Sand zu den wenigen <strong>europ\u00e4ischen W\u00fcstengebieten<\/strong>.
