Und welche Wiesn-Stimmung ist dieses Jahr angesagt? Oktober 1810 feierten K\u00f6nig Ludwig I. und Prinzessin Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen am Rand von M\u00fcnchen ein gro\u00dfes Hochzeitsfest. Der bayerische Landwirtschaftsverein beschloss 1811 daraufhin, <strong>solche Festlichkeiten<\/strong> jedes Jahr durchzuf\u00fchren. Zu Ehren der Braut wurde der Standort Theresienwiese genannt. <\/p>\n<p>Das seit 1819 von der Stadt M\u00fcnchen ausgerichtete Fest konnte in seiner \u00fcber 200 Jahre alten Geschichte zu einer festen Institution und einem wichtigen Wirtschaftsfaktor Bayerns aufsteigen.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background:#transparent;border:2px solid #20A994;padding:2px 12px;display: inline-block\">\n1818 kamen die ersten kleinen Fahrattraktionen auf die Theresienwiese und 1850 wurde die ber\u00fchmte Bavaria-Statue enth\u00fcllt. Den Ausschank von Bier gibt es <strong>erst seit 1880<\/strong> und ein Jahr sp\u00e4ter wurde passend dazu die erste Hendlbraterei er\u00f6ffnet.\n<\/div>\n<h2>Das Bierparadies Oktoberfest<\/h2>\n<p>Was w\u00e4re das Oktoberfest ohne eine frisch gezapfte Ma\u00df Bier? Seit dem ersten Ausschank 1880 hat sich das Bier zu einem <strong>Statussymbol der Wiesn<\/strong> entwickelt. Auf Tradition gesinnt schm\u00fcckt noch heute der Adler der Gilde den Haupteingang sowie ein Abbild eines Sch\u00fctzen den Turm im Zelt. <\/p>\n<p>Seit 1961 sorgt die <strong>Platzl-Oktoberfestkapelle<\/strong> im Armbrustsch\u00fctzen-Zelt f\u00fcr Stimmung. Neben traditioneller Blasmusik werden hier auch aktuelle Wiesn-Hits zum Besten gegeben. Nun kommen bei der Ochsenbraterei jedes Jahr \u00fcber 125 Ochsen auf den Tisch. Neben Ochsen gibt es hier nat\u00fcrlich auch andere regionale K\u00f6stlichkeiten, auch Vegetarier kommen nicht zu kurz. <\/p>\n<p>Bierliebhaber k\u00f6nnen hier das Bier der Brauerei Spaten genie\u00dfen. F\u00fcr die richtige Stimmung sorgen neben <strong>traditioneller Blasmusik auch Schlager, Charts und nat\u00fcrlich aktuelle Wiesn-Hits<\/strong>. Erst 2017 wurde die Ochsenbraterei renoviert und erstrahlt seitdem in neuem Glanz. Passend also, dass genau hier jedes Jahr das offizielle Anzapfen des Oktoberfestes stattfindet. <\/p>\n<p>Anders als bei den \u00fcbrigen Festzelten sind die Tische nicht in strikten Reihen, sondern auch ums Eck aufgestellt. Das sorgt f\u00fcr ein besonders gutes Flirt-Potenzial, weswegen sich die M\u00fcnchner Jugend hier gerne rumtreibt. <\/p>\n<p>Doch nicht nur die Jugendlichen, sondern auch eine M\u00fcnchner Ber\u00fchmtheit soll sich einmal in der Schottenhamel-Festhalle rumgetrieben haben.
