Free shuttle service: Travelling by public transport or don't have a car? No problem! With the shuttle from Hamburg - from the airport or the main railway station - you can get to Wacken in a relaxed manner. The buses run daily for arrival (Mon-Wed) and departure on Sunday. The exact timetables will follow shortly.
Please note:
- Children and young people under the age of 6 are not permitted on the event site. Children and young people between the ages of 6 and 16 may only enter the event site if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- The arrival at Wacken Festival is possible from Monday, July 27th, 2026, for the Tᴱ.N.T. & Residenz Evil areas. The festival itself starts on Wednesday, July 30th, 2026.

Cancellation And Rebooking
The terms and conditions can be found in the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Travel of the organiser "Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH".
For trips involving the purchase of tickets (e.g. musicals, concerts, operas), cancellation costs of 100% of the ticket price apply immediately after booking.
Rebooking requests are possible up to 7 days before arrival. Please contact our service team at cancellation@travelcircus.com. A fee of €20 will be charged for successful rebooking.
