GENERAL GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

After payment, the gift card is valid for booking a trip with Travelcircus GmbH 03.01.2023 until 31.12.2025 for the value stated on the gift card. Travel gift cards cannot be used to purchase other travel gift cards or vouchers. The gift card is non-refundable after purchase. If the gift card code is lost or becomes illegible, the gift card becomes invalid. Only 1 gift card or voucher can be redeemed per booking. The gift card cannot be combined with other gift cards, vouchers or other discounts. The gift card is transferable but may not be resold. Gift cards or gift card credit cannot be redeemed for cash. The gift card is valid until 31.12.2025. If the gift card value exceeds that of the booking, the excess amount remains on the gift card and can be used to book any trip offered by Travelcircus GmbH within the gift card’s validity period.

Travelcircus recommends that you use the gift card as soon as possible in order to have the greatest selection of the options to redeem the gift card. Due to the current situation relating to Covid-19, services/offers on site may differ from normal or be subject to limitations. Solo trips are possible. You can customise your trip with further hotel options, additional travellers, accompanying children, greater choice of timeslots and extended hotel stays for an extra fee. Insurance costs are payable immediately upon booking. Other additional charges, such as city tax, may be payable at your destination. After redeeming your gift card: Please retain your travel gift card and your bill after booking in case of inquiries at a later date. The general terms and conditions of the agent Travelcircus GmbH and those of the service providers, such as those of the hotel or of Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH, apply. These can be found at www.travelcircus.de at the relevant stage of the booking process, before the booking is completed. Normally, you will receive your travel documents at least 7 days before your trip once you have redeemed your gift card/made your booking. Any cancellation after redemption of the gift card is subject to the cancellation terms of the service provider, for example the tour operator Wager Kurzreisen GmbH or the relevant hotel.
