GENERAL VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

The voucher can be redeemed after full payment from 04/01/2022 to 23/12/2022 for the travel period from 12/01/2022 to 31/12/2022, subject to the availability of this special offer. Thereafter, the equivalent value of the voucher ( 198,00 €.-) can be used until 31/12/2023 when booking a trip arranged by Travelcircus GmbH. Travel vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers. The voucher cannot be returned after the purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity. Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking. The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts. The voucher is freely transferable, but is excluded from resale. A cash payment of vouchers or voucher credits is not possible. The voucher is valid until 31.12.2023.

Travelcircus recommends to redeem the voucher as early as possible im order to have the greatest choice of dates. The dates at the package price of 198,00 € in the indicated travel period depend on the availability of the contingents reserved by the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH and are limited. Blocked dates, exhibition dates and special events are excluded. Other arrival dates such as Saturdays or Sundays as well as peak season times can only be booked at extra cost. Due to the current events related to the coronavirus (Covid-19), there may also be deviations or restrictions in the service/offer on site. Single occupancy is possible. Additional hotels, travellers, children, timeslots and nights are possible at an extra charge. Insurance premiums are due immediately upon booking. Possible additional costs, such as citytax, must be paid on site.

After redeeming the voucher: Please save the travel voucher as well as the invoice for possible questions after your booking. The general terms and conditions of the agent Travelcircus GmbH, as well as the general terms and conditions of the service provider, e.g. the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH, apply. These can be found on www.travelcircus.de in the respective booking section before the booking is completed. After redeeming the voucher/after booking, you will receive your travel documents up to 7 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation after the voucher has been redeemed, the cancellation conditions of the service provider, e.g. the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH, shall apply, which you can also view in the GTC or conditions in the booking section before completing the booking.
